Two ways of thinking in life (Comment on mdo reader experience)

mensdayout.com recently posted experience of a boy getting married. Many people could easily recognize RED flags and suggested run. I am not sure if they have bitter experiences in life, just like me, or they were born wise.  I don't know why my mind always try to defend ppl. I always take the kindest, most compassionate view.  See my defense - the first noble way of thinking of a foolish idealist 1) it seems she is the only daughter of her parents or parents only have daughter. They are very simpleton village people who always felt sad that they have not got any son and would need to pay dowry. They always secretly hoped that when they will marry their daughter, they will get her weighed in gold. That's cute. They are just asking me for this small amount of jewellery of few lacs so that they can brag that their daughter worth gold is getting her due. I am sure they are just going to gift it back to my wife. They look such  simple people. 2) her father doesn't let h...

[WIP] Critical and mandatory changes needed in justice system of India TODO Pending items

1. CJI should act like a ceo who delegate and monitor projects aimed at improvement of judiciary. He has spent all his career writing judgments and in this last 1 yr, let him focus on delivery of projects which can fix the shortcomings he has observed in his whole career spanning multiple decades. 2. If I am not in same state, I need to have right to virtual hearing. In cases like matrimonial matters where one party might even be overseas, virtual hearing should be default and mandatory. Only in villages where both parties are uneducated (studied till class 5 or less), they can demand physical hearing even though this is debatable as my 6 yr old nephew easily attends his classes using virtual calls. 3. All payment to advocate should be done through online payment only. Advocates need to be classified as service providers and should also come under CP Act. Physical exchange of money should be banned which encourages black money in system. A short walk in any street across the country an...

Women NGOs

They're so many and each raising so much money. Where is it going? List of NGOs raising money in the name of helping women and smashing patriarchy. 1. https://www.actionaidindia.org/women-against-violence/ They want to smash patriarchy and normally raise around 40 cr every year. Many NGOs fail in this near 50 cr range. Maybe the policy is to start a new NGO if funds raised exceed 50 cr. 2. https://inbreakthrough.org/chain-of-action-vaccine-hesitancy/ Vaccine hesistancy in women. Yes, remove it by smashing patriarchy. Average annual funds raised around 50 cr. Violence against women can end with you. yes, you. they have identified the target and need 500 crores to eliminate you. Run! Hide! Die! doesn't matter as long crores are coming. 3.

Should a degree in law be made mandatory for anyone to be elected in Parliament?

Please provide your opinion below. I will provide mine later on.

My case diary

27th Dec, 2021 - Received 125 summons. It hurts a lot to receive summons. The only thing that has changed in last one year is that an year ago, I had no clue what a court case or summons is and now I could guess the section under which case is filed by just reading the name of judge on envelope. Mistakes of 2021: 1. Not filing HabCor in Jan 2020: on learning failure of marriage on 19 dec 2020 and alienation of children, the "perfect" move would have been to file HabCor on 3rd Jan 2021 only if I were an advocate or some advocate had supported me. Instead I had to first overcome shock, depression, learn law etc. Some learned mra had said something about HabCor in Mar 2020 but it was not until Aug 2020 when I first realized I could've opted for it. 2. Not filing gwa asap but instead wasted time on twitter etc to learn about matrimonial scams, parental alienation etc and took few months to draft the petition which got ready only in Aug 2020 instead of expected target of March...
