My case diary
27th Dec, 2021 - Received 125 summons. It hurts a lot to receive summons. The only thing that has changed in last one year is that an year ago, I had no clue what a court case or summons is and now I could guess the section under which case is filed by just reading the name of judge on envelope.
Mistakes of 2021:
1. Not filing HabCor in Jan 2020: on learning failure of marriage on 19 dec 2020 and alienation of children, the "perfect" move would have been to file HabCor on 3rd Jan 2021 only if I were an advocate or some advocate had supported me. Instead I had to first overcome shock, depression, learn law etc. Some learned mra had said something about HabCor in Mar 2020 but it was not until Aug 2020 when I first realized I could've opted for it.
2. Not filing gwa asap but instead wasted time on twitter etc to learn about matrimonial scams, parental alienation etc and took few months to draft the petition which got ready only in Aug 2020 instead of expected target of March 2020.
3. Not handling lawyer properly who kept ignoring me for 1.5 months and resulted in delay of 1.5 months in filing petition before he was fired. Bloody mothertrucker.
==========
Jan 2022 - Gwa visitation may not be obtained till end of this year. There are three paths: 1) File HabCor now 2) Ask HC to pass order to decide interim quickly in your case 3) File PIL in HC for general guidelines on providing quick interim access

Today in gp hearing, the OP advocate tried to intimidate and push you off your chain of thoughts. They will shout, repeat wild allegations, try to change the conversation, interrupt.
The formula and training is when the other party is speaking, you're writing. You're not to interrupt them. If court asks you a question, just say I have submissions to make on all of their points. Let them finish once. I will address it. Keep a watch on time. Point out the time taken if possible.
Remember, when some advocate use strategy to knock you out, don't come home crying. Oral arguments are to be defeated with oral arguments. Written arguments are to be defeated with written arguments.
You will find mistakes in oral submissions if you listen carefully. Prepare for war.
