RTI on delay in providing CC copy rohini court

SUBJECT - Application under section 6(1) and 6(3) of RTI Act 2005


Respected Sir,


I had submitted an application for obtaining certified copy of order dated dd.mm.yyyy for my case xx/yy/zzzz in Rohini Family court certified copy center.

The snapshot of counterfoil is attached. The application number is illegible but it looks to be nnnn, submitted by the undersigned.

I am yet to receive the copy. Kindly provide following information. I shall be deeply obliged.


(1) The date of presentation of the application for copy;

(2) The date on which first objection was raised and the contents/details of objection

(3) The date on which first objection was resolved by me 

(4) The date on which second objection, if any, has been raised and the contents/details of objection

(5) The date on which the copy is examined and attested if the copy is available. Indicate copy "not yet prepared"

(6) The date of delivery or dispatch of the copy

(7) Please provide details of documents requested in certified copy form

(8) Please provide reason for delay in preparation of copy


If all above information is not related with your office/department then please forward this request/application to the concerned office/department under section 6(3) of RTI Act 2005 and also please CC to me.

Ad-interim vs interim orders (Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC)

  Rule 1 or Rule 2 of Order 39 are repository of the power to grant injunction.  An order of injunction is always passed under Rule 1 or Rule 2 Order 39 save and except rare orders passed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.  Rule 1 and Rule 2 of Order 39 do not use the words "interim or ad interim".
