Art 151: " The Supreme Court observed that the inherent power under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure can be invoked only in circumstances where alternate remedies do not exist. Such inherent power cannot override statutory prohibitions or create remedies which are not contemplated under the Code. Section 151 cannot be invoked as an alternative to filing fresh suits, appeals, revisions"

RTI on delay in providing CC copy rohini court

 To,  The Public Information Officer, Family courts (HQ), Dwarka,  Family Courts, Rohini, North West District,  Rohini, New Delhi - 110085 SUBJECT - Application under section 6(1) and 6(3) of RTI Act 2005 Respected Sir, I had submitted an application for obtaining certified copy of order dated dd.mm.yyyy for my case xx/yy/zzzz in Rohini Family court certified copy center. The snapshot of counterfoil is attached. The application number is illegible but it looks to be nnnn, submitted by the undersigned. I am yet to receive the copy. Kindly provide following information. I shall be deeply obliged.
