Demand from politicians

 I have following FIVE demands:

1. Shelter homes for MEN (homeless men or men facing domestic violence at home from wife and her family). Shelter home could be as small as 2 room set with capacity to accommodate 4-8 ppl with overnight stay and free food. No men should be forced to sleep on footpaths or at bus stops.

2. All policies should be gender neutral from free legal aid to free travel etc. No politics based on gender is the minimum expectation from BJP. Our country has already been cut badly by religion, regionalism and caste and has not helped any politician in long term who tried to ride on it. Our country is not capable of taking another cut based on gender. 

3. Suicide prevention helpline specially focused on men as every year 1 lac men suicide due to family problems. 70% of suicide are by men while only 30% are by women. Helpline can be operated in partnership with Men welfare NGOs like Save Family Foundation / Save Indian Family (SIF) or Men welfare trust. You can reach them at 8882498498.

4. Regular camps to make men aware of Cancer, heart attack, diabetes diseases. Chandigarh is capital of these lifestyle diseases. 

5. Publish email of MP and Mayor and local municipal councillors. Citizens should be able to request a meeting or raise a grievance and there should be timeline in which we can expect the response back.

2. Your work experience

3. How to reach you

4. Your opinion on matters of importance to you.

Ad-interim vs interim orders (Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC)

  Rule 1 or Rule 2 of Order 39 are repository of the power to grant injunction.  An order of injunction is always passed under Rule 1 or Rule 2 Order 39 save and except rare orders passed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.  Rule 1 and Rule 2 of Order 39 do not use the words "interim or ad interim".
