Demand for Law reforms to give jail sentence only as a rare exception

 Putting any human or animal in jail is a very inhuman act against nature. Humanity need to have single goal of #EmptyTheJails. Creating a jail was a bad idea by bad humans in the past. Jail should be very rare and backed by strong justification. That's why I've never understood putting someone in jail without any evidence on mere suspicion, undertrials in jail who are not convicted, convicts in jail who completed their sentence but still remain in jail or convicts whose nature of crime was bailable one but still not got bail due to money or procedure issues (last two happens in India a lot). If police is arresting someone to prevent crime, it makes no sense unless there's some guarantee that crime was 'definitely' going to happen eg. a rare event of someone captured with lot of explosives and no good explanation. 

Currently, handing out sentences has become routine affair and innovation is needed to focus on mental health & reformation instead of putting in jails. Humanity has progressed enough to shut down all the jails. Common argument is made about shortage of law enforcement officers but some smart trial can happen to take assistance from convicts in law enforcement as long as our heart is in right direction of emptying the jails. 

Coming back to family law cartel business, I understand that probably in 99% of cases, a simple argument & ego between husband and wife is blown into 10 different very complex court cases, each of which can make money for advocates for several years but there has to be global advocate orgs similar to amazon, google who benefits out of it and funnel money to various feminist orgs and media. There should be some way like limiting set of advocates who can take up such issues funded by govt. only or train people to fight their own cases or train social workers/ngos to fight for such ppl for almost free where it breaks these criminal funnels.

Ad-interim vs interim orders (Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC)

  Rule 1 or Rule 2 of Order 39 are repository of the power to grant injunction.  An order of injunction is always passed under Rule 1 or Rule 2 Order 39 save and except rare orders passed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.  Rule 1 and Rule 2 of Order 39 do not use the words "interim or ad interim".
